When you play EvoWordo we store your display name locally in your browser. If you participate in daily challenges your game stats and current streak are stored server-side and linked to a player ID generated for your session. During multiplayer sessions we record basic room activity — which room you joined, your guesses, and the outcome — in order to run the game and maintain leaderboard accuracy.
Email addresses are not required to play EvoWordo. We do not collect passwords. We do not collect payment information unless you use the optional donation feature, which is processed entirely by Paystack. We never sell personal data to third parties.
We use a single session cookie to maintain your player state across visits — this allows us to remember your streak and stats without requiring a login. We do not use third-party tracking cookies or cross-site analytics cookies.
Google AdSense may serve advertisements on this site. Data collected by Google in the course of serving ads is governed by Google's Privacy Policy. Paystack independently processes any donations made through the platform and is subject to its own privacy terms.
Player stats and streak data are retained indefinitely in order to maintain leaderboard integrity. If you wish to have your data deleted, contact us and we will remove your records within a reasonable timeframe.

By accessing or using EvoWordo you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
You must not use EvoWordo to harass, abuse, or intimidate other players. You must not attempt to manipulate the leaderboard through automated play, exploits, or any other means that give an unfair advantage. You must not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the game's source code, word list, or server infrastructure.
The daily word and the full word list are selected and maintained by EvoWordo. We reserve the right to change words, update the word list, modify game rules, or alter any feature of the service at any time without prior notice.
EvoWordo is provided on an as-is basis. We make no guarantees of continuous uptime, data preservation, or fitness for any particular purpose. We are not liable for any loss of streak data, game history, or other player data resulting from technical failures or service interruptions.
We reserve the right to remove players from rooms, reset leaderboard entries, or permanently ban players who violate fair play standards. These actions may be taken without prior warning at our sole discretion.
