EvoWordo is a small independent project, so messages come to one person and are read individually rather than filtered through a support desk.
The feedback form
The quickest route. It is built into the site, so there is nothing to install and no account needed.
Choose a category — bug report, feature idea or general feedback — and write your message. Leaving an email address is optional and only used if a reply would help; you can send a report entirely anonymously.
The same form is available from the footer of every page.
By email
For anything that does not fit the form — press, privacy requests, or a longer conversation.
This is the same address listed on the Privacy Policy and Terms of Service, and it is where data requests should be sent.
What makes a report easy to act on
Not a set of requirements — just what tends to turn a message into a fix.
Something is broken
The most useful reports say which mode you were in, what you expected, and what happened instead. If a board or score looked wrong, the word you guessed and the colours you got back are usually enough to reproduce it.
A word was wrongly rejected
Send the exact word. No five-letter word list is complete, and additions to the accepted-guess list are straightforward to make.
An idea for a mode or feature
Worth sending, especially if you can say what problem it solves while you are playing. Not everything gets built, but suggestions do shape what gets picked up next.
Worth checking first
A few of the most common messages already have answers written up. If your question is about how repeated letters are scored, why you are not on the leaderboard yet, or what happens when your connection drops mid-round, the FAQ covers it in more detail than a reply would.
For rules questions — timers, guess limits, how a mode decides its winner — How to Play documents each mode individually.
There is no expected response time to promise honestly, so I will not invent one. Messages are read, and bug reports get priority.
